These are the actions we have taken to improve our patients' experience based on the results of the survey

  • We are over the National average in most of the areas in last National GP Patient Surveys. On the access front, we have introduced multipronged options to patients to contact their practices using Face to Face option by visiting Practice, Sending an online request using PATCHS, Calling Practice to speak to a member of reception team. We regularly monitor call data and do random audits on waiting times where average waiting time is under 8 minutes.
